Centered around the Angel Fire Country Club and our beautiful PGA-rated golf course, this neighborhood is ideal for those who want close proximity to the resort’s amenities—golf, tennis, pickleball, dining, fitness center, cross-country skiing, and sledding. Many homes here are newer builds, and the area includes some paved roads and easy year-round access. This is the neighborhood to chose if you want to drive your personal golf cart to the course.

👉 Tip: This is a prime area for second homes and short-term rentals due to proximity to the country club and summer events.

 

Ski Area & Chalet Units

Best for: Walk-to-the-lift convenience, winter rentals, downhill MTB

Located near the ski base of Angel Fire Resort, this area features condos, townhomes, and chalets perfect for those who love to ski, snowboard, and downhill mountain bike. Many units are within walking distance to the Chile Express lift and the planned Angel Express lift.
